As a service provider under the scope of the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated July 15, 2015, and the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated January 4, 2020, we would like to send commercial electronic messages as advertisements and promotional activities related to our products to inform our customers, dealers, and third parties by sending commercial electronic messages as Infleap Technology Inc.
In this context, once you give your consent to the communication options stated in this approval text, the sending of commercial electronic messages will begin, and you will have the right to refuse the sending of commercial electronic messages until you exercise your right to refuse.
Your consent for the sending of commercial electronic messages will be considered as explicit consent that you can revoke at any time without any limitation, within the scope of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. In addition, your communication information will be transferred to the Message Management System based on the legal reason of “explicitly stipulated in the laws” in the second paragraph (a) of Article 5 of the Law for the purpose of informing authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.
